Job Description
- Provide customer service, sales, and technical support to account representatives and customers.
- Select pumps and review technical specifications to fit customer needs and project requirements.
- Work closely with outside sales, internal teams, and customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure a seamless sales cycle.
- Provide customers with accurate proposals for new equipment, replacement equipment, and spare parts.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
- Preferred knowledge in industrial distribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-driven.
