What You’ll Bring:
- Architectural Expertise: A strong foundation in design, with exceptional space-planning and technical drawing skills.
- Project Management Prowess: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-Focused Vision: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to guide clients through each step of the design process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, with 2020 Spaces and AutoCAD experience highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in design and space planning, with kitchen design experience as a strong plus.
- Creativity and Drive: A keen design sense, confident aesthetic vision, and an enthusiasm for pushing boundaries and embracing challenges.
- Sales Ability: Energy, focus and motivation to convert your design work to consistent sales, manage your pipeline and communicate initial deposit, order deposits, and closing techniques to achieve highest possible earnings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute stunning, functional spaces tailored to their needs, budget, and style.
- Conduct thorough on-site measurements, surveys, and evaluations, translating findings into precise working drawings.
- Create and present detailed 2D drawings and 3D renderings that bring designs to life.
- Handle project budgets with transparency, ensuring designs align with financial expectations while delivering exceptional results.
- Manage project details, from contracts and factory orders to resolving challenges during installation.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that builds trust, drives referrals, and reinforces NuKitchens reputation for excellence.
- Maintain a polished and organized showroom space that reflects the high standards of our work.

Your Background:
- Proficiency with 2020 Kitchen Design Software: Minimum 3 years preferred.
- AutoCAD experience: Minimum 3 years preferred.

Location:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in coastal area of South Norwalk, CT 06854. Applicants must reliably commute or be planning to relocate prior to starting.
