Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patients’ medical histories.
• Measure and record vital statistics such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Monitor patients’ conditions to track progress and identify medication side effects.
• Maintain patient charts by recording fluid intake and output.
• Assist patients with essential daily activities, including eating and bathing.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections, as well as provide basic wound care.

Qualifications
