Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patients’ medical histories
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Observe patients to monitor their progress and identify any medication side effects
• Keep detailed patient charts, including fluid intake and output
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating and bathing
• Administer medications, injections, and perform other essential medical care tasks
• Offer emotional and psychological support as required
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Proficient in taking vital signs and documenting medical information
• Familiarity with basic medical procedures and care tasks
• Ability to monitor and assess patients' conditions effectively
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license
• No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience necessary
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and PRN
