Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patients’ medical histories.
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate.
• Monitor patient progress, recognizing any side effects of medications.
• Support patients in daily activities such as eating and bathing.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist with wound care.
• Provide emotional and psychological support as needed.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in recording vital signs and patient histories.
• Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience required.
