Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record patients’ medical histories
- Measure and document vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Observe patients’ conditions and identify any changes or side effects from treatments
- Monitor fluid intake and output and prepare detailed patient charts
- Assist patients with their daily activities, including eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including injections and wound care
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as necessary
- Proficient in documenting medical histories and vital signs
- Ability to observe and assess patient conditions effectively
- Competence in assisting with daily living activities
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic medical care
- Strong communication skills to provide emotional support
- Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri
- No previous experience is required; we welcome new graduates and those eager to learn
