- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patients’ treatment to assess progress and detect potential side effects of medications.
- Keep detailed charts of patients’ conditions, including intake and output.
- Assist patients with daily activities including eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections, perform wound care, and carry out basic medical tasks.
