Director of Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a mid-level Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and community outreach at our Assisted Living & Memory Care (ALF/MC) Community. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven professional with experience in senior living sales, relationship-building, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners.
- Guide potential residents and families through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, and contract completion.
- Track sales metrics and occupancy trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to promote the community.
- Ensure a seamless move-in process for new residents while upholding excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with operations and care teams to align sales efforts with resident needs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
