Job Summary
The successful candidate will join a small and dynamic biotech company, preparing for the commercialization of barzolvolimab, our first investigational product. Barzolvolimab is in phase 3 development for chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), a skin disease affecting 1% of the global population.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the commercialization of barzolvolimab and subsequent portfolio products.
- Build marketing capabilities to support the execution of vision and strategy.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to support the launch of Barzolvolimab.
- Provide input on target product profile development, market research, business justifications, BD&L, and related activities.
- Collaborate with Access, New Product Planning, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs teams to develop cross-functional commercial plans.
Key Leadership Competencies:
- A dynamic executive with significant business acumen and demonstrated leadership managing launch brands.
- Ability to articulate a vision and provide clear direction in scientific and business forums.
- Proven ability to effectively lead teams and groups through decision-making processes and timely decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in biopharma marketing, with a strong focus on specialty care, especially immunology and Inflammation.
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining key talent.
