The Advantage Recruiting Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to lead occupancy growth and community outreach at our Assisted Living & Memory Care (ALF/MC) Community. As a key member of the senior living sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners.
• Guide potential residents and families through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, and contract completion.
• Track sales metrics and occupancy trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to promote the community.
• Ensure a seamless move-in process for new residents while upholding excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to align sales efforts with resident needs.
Requirements:
• 2 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
