Hours : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay : $14 / hr.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate new hire and position change processes, including offer letters, onboarding, and employment verifications. Conduct new hire orientations, track employee data in Excel, and lead trainings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Handle employee inquiries with strong conflict resolution skills and manage termination processes. Assist with travel arrangements for training and support HR leadership with administrative tasks.
