Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Shift: First Shift, Mon-Thurs: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Fri: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including vendor profiles, W-9, 1099 reporting, and invoice coding
- Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly sales/use tax information and payroll journal entries
- Review and adjust general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset records and assist with month-end/year-end closing processes
- Support annual audits and assist the Accounting Manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, policies, and procedures
- 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) required; ERP software experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
