Advantage Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, reliable, and customer service oriented individual for our regionally reliable Self Storage Facility in Arvada, CO. Full time position available 36-40hrs/week- $18 $300 insurance stipend*, and Uhaul Commission.
Job Description:
-Utilize your interpersonal skills while assisting customers in person, on the phone, and on line.
-Managers work both indoors and outside managing daily office tasks, sales, maintaining the facility, and cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
-Assisting U-Haul customers rent and return trucks and trailers.
-Maintaining the facility with small repair jobs; tightening springs on garage doors, small handy work.

- You must have the ability to work weekends
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, or bend
- On occasion, you may need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Typical Shifts: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (8hrs), Saturday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (8hrs), Sunday - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (4hours).
Pay: Full Time- $18/hr. *After 90 day training period you earn $300 monthly stipend accrued vacation and sick leave 401K w/ match U-Haul truck commission, and discounts on units and retail.
