Your Job
As a Voice User Interface Designer, you will work on the re-engineering of IVR systems, transitioning from legacy platforms to cloud-based AI solutions . You'll design and implement conversational AI voice bots, contribute to call flow designs, and collaborate on the integration of technologies like Amazon Lex , Genesys , and Verint for enhanced work management and customer experience. This role will also involve participating in frequent team meetings to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
The Work
- Design and develop conversational AI voice bots for IVR systems using tools like Amazon Lex .
- Re-engineer and modernize legacy IVR systems , transitioning them to cloud-based AI solutions .
- Create and optimize call flow designs for efficient call routing and improved customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members on the integration of Genesys Cloud , Verint , and AWS technologies for seamless operation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business goals and are delivered on time.
- Contribute to the company's planned expansion into AI Chat solutions.
- Attend and actively participate in frequent team meetings, contributing to a collaborative and engaging environment.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
