The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, at an intermediate level.
Experienced in utilizing SAP modules, particularly in Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, and Materials Management.
A proven track record in effectively managing materials and expertly tracking data using Excel spreadsheets.
In this position you will :
Generate reports for Purchasing, Receiving, and Issued materials across all TA events to ensure seamless operations. Proactively resolve any discrepancies regarding purchase orders or requisitions that may arise in the reports, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and address items not marked as received by running a comprehensive PO report from SAP. For any items labeled as "receipted," manually input them into the system ensure proper tracking.
Conduct daily imports for all materials that have been received, issued, or kitted. Partner closely with the Material Management team to trace materials that have arrived without an assigned storage location in IPS.
Keep the OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) spreadsheet meticulously updated, and engage actively with vendors on any outstanding items. Promptly close out items in the spreadsheet as they are received or resolved, ensuring smooth inventory management.
hare daily updates with the Material Management team regarding items received without a designated storage location, fostering transparent communication.
Cultivate a weekly folder filled with exports of purchasing, receiving, and issued materials, along with essential reports that serve as a safeguard against any glitches or unforeseen delays.
Deliver weekly reports to planners about items that remain unordered or are still under quote / estimate, empowering decision-making as we approach critical ordering deadlines.
