Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of related experience (including data processing)
  • Experience in a controlled environment
  • The ability to type 50 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills.

Documentation Control Specialist Job Duties

  • Maintain the change management system in support of quality systems.
  • Ensure client, customer, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service as a quality representative contact in your area.
  • Convert paper records to electronic files (storing them in compliance with regulations).
  • Collaborate with other teams.
  • Organize data types to determine appropriate retention periods based on legal obligations.
  • Maintain the official repository (WebXtender) for all retention schedules and any supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to the retention strategy, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
  • Respond to internal and external customers.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
