Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of related experience (including data processing)
- Experience in a controlled environment
- The ability to type 50 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills.
Documentation Control Specialist Job Duties
- Maintain the change management system in support of quality systems.
- Ensure client, customer, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide excellent customer service as a quality representative contact in your area.
- Convert paper records to electronic files (storing them in compliance with regulations).
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Organize data types to determine appropriate retention periods based on legal obligations.
- Maintain the official repository (WebXtender) for all retention schedules and any supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to the retention strategy, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Respond to internal and external customers.
