Job Details

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR People Analytics Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR analytics, with a deep understanding of Workday, Power BI, and data management/analysis. This role will be key in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to our partner company's HR team.



Pay: Up to $80 per hour

This is a remote position.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the HR People Analytics function and provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Manage and analyze HR data using Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

  • Provide training and support to HR team members on data analytics tools and techniques.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in HR analytics with a strong focus on Workday and Power BI.

  • Expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
