Job Description : I&C Engineer

Location : Lake Charles Refinery (Onsite)

Assignment Duration : 1 Year

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using the FEL process, ensuring compliance with standards. Develop estimates, capital plans, and secure funding.
  • Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines to deliver cost-effective designs within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Design and support instrumentation and control systems, including Safety Instrumented Systems, audits, and issue resolution.
  • Write specifications, perform Factory Acceptance Tests, and provide construction and turnaround support.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in instrumentation and controls or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient in all phases of Safety Instrumented Systems lifecycle.

  • Onsite position.
  • Per diem is not included but a split can be applied for non-local candidates.
