Job Scope:
The Electrical Engineering Technician will support electrical and electronic engineering activities in a laboratory or bench environment. The role involves assisting in the definition, design, and development of electrical systems and products. The candidate will handle hands-on tasks such as circuit assembly, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and modify electrical circuits and systems, using schematics, diagrams, and verbal or written instructions.
- Assemble electrical prototypes and test equipment using modern tools and techniques.
- Conduct and document tests, evaluate results, and analyze prototypes, systems, and components.
- Work according to approved procedures, test specifications, and written instructions.
- Identify and resolve issues in test setups, circuits, or devices.
- Track problems and maintain records using approved tracking tools.
- Maintain detailed lab notebooks, create test reports, and document setup procedures and results.
- Provide clear and organized feedback to aid in corrective actions or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Policy and maintain a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
- Recommend and implement process improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- AA degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of related experience in electrical engineering support, preferably in a regulated or technical environment.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits and components.
- Ability to work independently from schematics, diagrams, and test procedures.
- Proficient in documenting and analyzing test results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to suggest effective solutions.

- Business Expertise: Awareness of team objectives and integration within broader organizational goals.
