- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE certifications
- Hands-on Diagnostic and Repair experience, or service writer experience
- Proficient computer and writing skills
- Respond to Technical Assistance Center contacts promptly, courteously, and logically with complete and accurate information.
- Interface with dealer service management, service writers, technicians, and internal activities through online forms and phone calls.
- Prepare Internal Service Messages (ISM) that contain current and accurate information to address and resolve dealer and/or customer concerns.
- Warranty decisions must adhere to the current Warranty and Policy Manual.
