What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powertrain Controls Manager position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Range: $51.35 - $52.40/hr.
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive).
- Proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions.
- Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus Fluent English.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.
- Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
- Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
- Coordinating Controls Features development.
- Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.
- Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.
