Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our client in Noblesville, IN! Must have technical process engineering experience.

This position is responsible for designing, monitoring, and controlling the process on the production floor and ensuring the quality of parts. A key role for this position is controlling scrap and optimization to meet company goals of on time delivery and scrap reduction. The Process Engineer will also be involved facilitating the launch and development of new products, stabilizing processes, and instigating continuous improvement projects.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following : Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of molding, machining, inspection, GD&T, compliance to blueprint requirements, and process development.
- Experience with metal injection molding technology and equipment is preferred.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations in the handling, processing, and export of defense-related materials and technologies.
- Demonstrated skill in ‘Lean for Manufacturing’ required.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Minitab, and SolidWorks experience is desired.
