What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Advantage Technical?
Position: Recruiting Coordinator (3-month Temporary position)
Schedule: Hybrid, in-office 3 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing: Use various methods to attract potential candidates
- Resume evaluation: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Interview coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Onboarding: Manage hiring paperwork, process I-9's, background checks and drug screening, handle new hire orientation
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with candidates and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Admin position
- Data Entry experience (ADP - Workforce Now)
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Preferred
- Spanish-speaking a Plus
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
