Job Summary
Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Technical Projects Manager to lead our site's engineering, maintenance, and I&E teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Lead site improvement and preventive maintenance projects, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage technical initiatives, including budgeting, project execution, process design, equipment specification, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with production and EHS teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical, instrument, electrical, or project engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
- 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a plant environment, managing multiple teams and projects.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally, as needed.
