Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Proficiency in English is a must.
Duties
- Documents arrival, departure, and movement and storage of goods, checks trucking manifests and bills of lading, maintains inventory, taking pictures and tracks fulfillment of customer and vendor orders.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, maintaining safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Organize products within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is required.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and processes is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating various warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
