Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate for our Westfield Massachusetts location. The Parts Counter Associate is responsible for assisting shop, fleet and retail customers in identifying and purchasing parts from the dealership.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 4:00
- Saturday rotation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide all customers with accurate parts lookup and recommendations based on their described needs
- Ensure accurate and appropriate inventory and billing controls through transactions
- Fulfill parts requests for retail customers and technicians
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude, as well as professional conduct and appearance, at all times
- Greet each customer promptly and professionally, in person and over the phone
- Other various projects assigned by the manager
REQUIRED SKILL & ABILITIES
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Thorough understanding of the Diesel Heavy Duty Truck industry
- Organizational and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a valid state Driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to maintain stationary positions throughout the work day
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform required tasks
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
