Pay | $30 - $37 per hour
2nd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Vocational or industry trade school required.
- 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to read and interpret documents and speak effectively to customers and associates.
Maintenance Technician Lead Job Responsibilities
- Determine service needs by communicating with the site lead.
- Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors performing work.
- Repair walls, floors, doors, and paint.
- Repair toilets/urinals and maintain valve assembly.
- Perform preventative maintenance on air conditioning and heating equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance including general repairs and minor plumbing.
- Lift 50 pounds as needed.
