Work with us as needed on the weekend, overnights and on holidays. We offer paid new hire training and we offer $200/per call after that.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Provides mental health and crisis intervention supports to individuals
- Works collaboratively and engages individual to manage and de-escalate crises in the least invasive manner possible to ensure safety.
- Collaboratively develops and assists in implementation of crisis safety plans.
- Provides mental health referrals and linkages as appropriate during service provision.
- Offers and provides follow-up services to utilizers presenting with crises.
- Completion of required documentation within established timeframes
- Use of an Electronic Client Record, call management software, and chat/text management software.
