Salary | This position is 100% commission-based pay
*On average, an Outside Sales Representative can expect to earn$50,000 - $70,000
*Our partner company offers the option for this position to be a 1099 OR W2 Employee
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring samples
- Comfortable taking samples of flooring and carpet into customer's homes
- The ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings/trainings
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
- Ability to use electronic tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards in connection with sales presentations
- Present professionally

Outside Sales Representative Job Duties
- Establish contact with potential customers.
- Perform product demonstrations.
- Meet with customers in their homes and offer flooring products based on their needs.
- Represent the company well.
- Foster professional relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Leads will be provided for flooring sales.
