Responsibilities :
- Greet Customers using appropriate welcoming statements.
- Offer all products and services to the customer using a trained process to generate revenue.
- Present all products through a feature and benefits-driven dialogue.
- Educate customers on all promotions
- Assign vehicles to rental agreements. Disclose estimate of charges and review with customers
- Greet customers and give world-class customer service.
- Inspect vehicles when returned for new damage; document and report any found damage
- Assist customers with questions and other needs; demonstrate vehicle features at the time of rental
- Receive easy returns and review customers’ contracts to ensure no balance is due
- Assisting with staging and last-minute details of vehicles.
- Filing and basic computer skills
- Communicate with location staff concerning the condition of vehicles; tag any out-of-service vehicles
- Cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Move and transport vehicles as assigned Clean Vehicles
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- A complete sense of urgency without compromising customer service
