Rental Flex Agent (JAX)

Easirent - an international car rental firm is currently looking for team members to support with the branch operations and customer services area. Main Role: * Assisting the branch manager with day-to-day operations in the branch Processing rentals, payments and ID checks Selling additional extras such as coverage, additional driver, and upgrade features, etc. Delivering an exceptional customer service Valeting and inspecting vehicles in and out from hire with customers Cleaning and detailing rental vehicles inside and out, if needed Driving the shuttle van to pickup/drop off customer at the airport, when is necessary Any other duties commensurate with the role, as required Qualifications: Must have valid US driver’s license to meet the eligibility criteria to be able to drive under our insurance Must be flexible (days, nights, weekends & holidays) and have a strong sense of team spirit Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a smart, professional appearance, courteous manner and good rapport building skills Must have communication skills and fluency in English No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided Sign-On Bonus: $250 bonus will be paid after successfully completing 90 consecutive days of work.
