Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for a Receptionist/ Operations Admin to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. ATS is a leading provider of massively parallel electronic test systems that includes System Level Test (SLT), burn in and semiconductor/module tests. This is an on-site role in our Lake Forest, CA office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and screen visitors, customers, and guests. Determine purpose of visit and direct or escort to the appropriate location.
- Badging and/or confirming badging for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Answer/screen/direct calls.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks, including basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Receive mail and documents. Packages are routed to Shipping/Receiving team.
- Monitors security cameras and Brivo badging system, as needed.
- Participates and assists in corporate environmental initiatives, this may include maintaining monthly metrics and documentation.
- Assists in contacting, scheduling, and coordinating facilities contractors, as needed.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant in various duties including:
- Restocking office supplies
- Placing and/or setting up catering orders in meeting rooms
- POC for Administrative vendors
- Design and maintain TV Slides (ex. Birthday, New Hires, Events, etc)
- Collaborate with and participate with Executive Assistant & HR Team on event planning, cultural initiatives, volunteer events, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements, Education & Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be outgoing & open-minded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
- Ability to thrive in and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sustainability practices and energy management is a plus.
- This is an on-site position in our Lake Forest, CA, office.
