Accounts Receivable Manufacturing – Manufacturing – Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
A leading manufacturing company in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for an 18-month contract. These roles will provide leadership and oversight while the current team supports an SAP implementation.
Hybrid opportunity -- 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Must be local to Southern California.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 AR professionals
- Oversee monthly AR close and ensure consistent processes
- Manage credit approvals, releases, and high-volume reconciliations
- Research and resolve credit holds with effective stakeholder communication
- Review and process credit applications and increases
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
- Supervisory experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables) and familiarity with high-volume reconciliations
- Expertise in credit approvals, releases, and memos
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Teams for meetings and training
Pay: $45–$60/hr DOE | Schedule: Hybrid (2 days remote after training)
