Corporate Controller | $175K–$205K | South Bay (On-site)
Our client, a leading manufacturer based in the South Bay, is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee all aspects of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This high-impact, highly visible role reports to senior finance leadership and plays a key part in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close, financial statement preparation, and external reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX 404(b)
- Manage corporate tax filings, audits, and benefit plan administration
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting analysis
- Lead ERP system improvements and integrations (SAP preferred)
- Build and develop a high-performing accounting team
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting leadership
- Manufacturing experience required
- Strong background in GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
- ERP system expertise (SAP highly preferred)
Salary : $175,000 - $205,000
