What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Advantex?
We are working with a well-establish manufacturing company located in Irvine that is seeking an Accountant for a temporary role for 3 months plus to help with the workload.
Hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm and position will be working onsite.
Pay $35-37 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Responsible for helping with the year-end process
- Handle the bank reconciliations and the journal entries
- Assist with preparing the monthly financial statements
- Income sheets, balance sheets and the cash flow statements
- Experience with NetSuite
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Must have NetSuite experience
- Intermediate Excel (vlookup and pivot tables)
- Strong reconciliations experience
- Strong year-end closing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $35 - $37
