Job Description
- Responsible for onboarding suppliers through and JDE.
- Ensure all new and update vendor requests are completed accurately and timely for successful payments
- Establish and follow processes for setting up suppliers, healthcare providers (HCPs) and employees in accordance with SOX.
- Review and verify information for vendor set up to ensure accuracy and appropriate approvals have been obtained (including performing phone verification to validate banking information)
- Key point of contact with vendors and internal customers
- Identify and resolve issues related to supplier set up through collaboration with both internal customers and external suppliers
- Ensure SOX related criteria in area of vendor maintenance are met timely and accurately with no SAD’s
- Establish and/or maintain desk procedures for all vendor setup and changes related to suppliers, HCPs and employees
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as they arise
- Previous Supplier Maintenance experience is desired.
