What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)?
Are you an experienced Accountant with a background in investments or Real Estate? Do you speak Mandarin Chinese and English fluently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate reports
- Oversee real estate transactions, property management accounting, and construction billings
- Process payroll, tax filings, and vendor payments
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3 years of accounting experience (real estate/construction industry preferred)
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software
✔ Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
✔ Bilingual – Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fully Onsite in Irvine, CA
Pays up to 90k Annually plus Benefits
