Job Description

We are currently seeking an AR Specialist for a position located in Brea. This is a temp to hire position.

This position will be working onsite. Hours are 7am to 4pm.

Pay is $27 to $28 per hour

AR Specialist Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for managing the AR aging
Identify any overdue payments and make collection calls
Handle collections via phone or email correspondence
Work closely with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate records on all collections
Handle any research and discrepancies
Document all collections activity under the client files
Daily cash applications
Credit card reconciliations

AR Specialist Requirements :

BA / BS in Accounting or Finance

2 years of AR business to business collections

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheets

Cash posting experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $27 - $28
