We are currently seeking an AR Specialist for a position located in Brea. This is a temp to hire position.
This position will be working onsite. Hours are 7am to 4pm.
Pay is $27 to $28 per hour
AR Specialist Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for managing the AR aging
- Identify any overdue payments and make collection calls
- Handle collections via phone or email correspondence
- Work closely with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate records on all collections
- Handle any research and discrepancies
- Document all collections activity under the client files
- Daily cash applications
- Credit card reconciliations
