We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for our client located in Placentia.
Hot Buttons : Manufacturing experience and strong Excel skills (vlookup / pivot tables)
Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant :
- Responsible for the preparation and posting of the journal entries
- Prepare the balance sheets
- Analyze the manufacturing cost and prepare reports
- Compare the standard cost to the actual production cost
- Conduct the physical inventory and monitor the cycle counts
- Prepare the state and local tax forms including sales taxes, property, business, census and year end 1099's
- Assist with the monthly close and monthly financial reporting
Requirements for the Staff Accountant :
Hours will be 8am to 5pm. Position will be working onsite.
Pay is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
Salary : $30 - $35
