Role Description:


Advantum Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a results-driven individual eager to develop their career in healthcare sales and revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building strong client relationships while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Develop and manage revenue cycle performance strategies to optimize financial outcomes

• Navigate and stay informed on changes in the healthcare industry to provide value-driven insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic planning


Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to adapt quickly, learn complex concepts, and apply them effectively

• Sales or client-facing experience preferred, but a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential

• Passion for the healthcare industry and an interest in revenue cycle management

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals
