Shipping & Receiving Clerk

DIRECT HIRE | SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE | Conroe, TX

We’re looking for a motivated individual to play a key role in our shipping and receiving department. This position offers a mix of hands-on work on the plant floor and administrative tasks in the office, collaborating closely with the supervisor and pick-pack team to keep operations running smoothly.

  • 18 - $24 per hour (BOE)
  • No planned overtime, but availability for occasional overtime is required
  • Shift of 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, with occasional variations between 5 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM based on job needs
  • Full suite of benefits, PTO, Holiday, 401K

Role

  • Unload trucks, check quantities, and ensure accurate receipt of materials.
  • Put away materials in designated storage areas using warehouse equipment.
  • Process receiving documentation in the office using D-365 ERP and Warehouse App.
  • Operate 3 Toyota forklifts and 1 Combi-lift forklift as needed.
  • Work both on the plant floor and in the office to support shipping and receiving workflows.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (prior experience preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 is a plus)
