What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman/Supervisor position at Advastar?
Short Project | We are seeking an experienced and organized Foreman to oversee the clearing and grubbing of land in preparation for construction work.
Details:
- $35-$40 per hour, BOE
- Anticipate 2-3 weeks
- Must have own PPE
- Anticipate start date on 2/26/2025 ( /-)
Overview:
- Experience and training in Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) are highly desirable
- Supervise land clearing and grubbing activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with project manager to understand project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment. (do not need heavy equipment operation experience)
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
