Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the direct mail and printing industry.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, effectively manage change, and establish strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
