The Assisted Living Operator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living facility. This includes ensuring that all regulatory and operational requirements are met, managing staff, coordinating care services, and ensuring the well-being of all residents. Assisted Living Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, healthcare management, or a similar leadership role in assisted living or long-term care.
- Valid certification or license for operating assisted living facilities without encumbrance, and be responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements.
- Must be well-versed in Federal Regulations (State Operations Manual) and Kansas Department on Aging Regulations.
- Must be technically oriented, detail oriented and proficient in the use of computers and electronic health record systems.
- Must be able to read and interpret financial statements, income statements (profit and loss) and balance sheet, and to hold others accountable to budgetary performance.
