JOB DESCRIPTION
Advenir Azora is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the investment, development, asset management, and strategic growth of its single-family rental (SFR) platform. The role offers a unique opportunity to work within a tight-knit, five-person team, directly alongside Advenir Azora’s key managing principals and its development, construction, and operations teams. The associate will be actively involved in all aspects of acquisitions and development, with a primary focus of executing the business plan for the pipeline of in- construction or stabilized built-to-rent properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Based in Miami, FL, reporting to the Head of Investments
- Maintain market materials and underwriting models for active portfolio deals
- Run refinancing and sale analysis to optimize investment returns
- Present project performance and execution updates to the investment committee
- Work with and have direct involvement with property management team through lease-up and execution of business plan, including budgeting, pricing, and staffing
- Direct development, general contractor, and investor through change order and budget adjustments Collaborate with investors, lenders, contractors, and management teams on weekly calls
- Travel periodically to visit projects and assess market conditions
