What You’ll Do:
You’ll use your maintenance skills to perform general repairs, prepare apartments for move-in, complete renovation tasks, and carry out preventative maintenance. Your friendly, reliable service will keep residents happy. You’ll also assist the Service Manager in leading the team, entering purchase orders, and maintaining property systems. You'll constantly be on the move, using tools like blowers, ladders, and snow shovels (hopefully not in Miami!) and ensuring the grounds stay immaculate.
What You Bring:
- Technical skills and professional appearance
- Strong organizational abilities
- Availability for weekends and on-call work
- 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably as a Maintenance Technician
- EPA (HVAC) 1 & 2 or Universal Certification required
