What Will You Be Doing as an ADVENeer?
As a Leasing Consultant at Advenir Living, you’ll play a vital role in our community. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Sales & Customer Service: Focus on leasing apartment homes and retaining residents through exceptional customer service. Build rapport with prospects and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Player: Be a standout member of our elite leasing team, achieving and exceeding budgeted occupancy goals. Know the property inside and out to provide reliable, friendly service.
- Positive Relations: Market the community, maintain positive relations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Weekend work is required and is a chance to meet your goals and earn commissions!
What Will You Bring to the Table?
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment, preferably with a strong track record in sales.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM software, and other relevant tools.
