Business Analyst 3 Senior-Level Applications/Software Development
Location: Austin, TX (Local Candidates Only Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to lead senior-level business analysis efforts for multiple projects. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring effective communication and requirement management throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The BA will also support post-implementation enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the conduit between program stakeholders and development teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Manage and verify requirements throughout the SDLC
Oversee post-implementation enhancements and requirement changes
Lead business process re-engineering initiatives
Develop user stories, use cases, wireframes, and mockups
Utilize Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira for tracking (Preferred)
Minimum Requirements:
8 years in business analysis for software development
8 years working with SDLC and process improvement
8 years developing user stories, use cases, and wireframes
5 years in stakeholder communication and facilitation
3 years experience with Modern Requirements and Jira (Preferred)
Must be local to Austin, TX
