Advent Talent Group is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth for a leading print company offering cutting-edge digital print solutions in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized print solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Overview :THIS ROLE IS BASED IN MINNESOTA - ANY OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the Twin Cities area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and provide consultations to understand client needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored print solutions, including booklets, signage, and direct mail.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Proven success in outside sales, ideally within the print or media industry.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage a full sales cycle.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize client needs and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to leverage a personal network or book of business to generate sales leads.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Salary : $50,000 - $72,000
