The Role You’ll Contribute
The Senior Coordinator supports various change projects and initiatives within Organizational Readiness (OR) to ensure successful implementation and execution of change readiness plans. At the direction of OR leadership, this position will apply project management methodologies, expertise, and experience to organize and monitor project activities. These activities include preparing documentation and data regarding overall status, coordinating meetings and resources, developing and maintaining meaningful metrics tied to project goals and objectives, identifying and prioritizing tasks, and evaluating and escalating risks and issues. This role will be instrumental in ensuring projects and initiatives run smoothly.

The Role You’ll Contribute
The Senior Coordinator supports various change projects and initiatives within Organizational Readiness (OR) to ensure successful implementation and execution of change readiness plans. At the direction of OR leadership, this position will apply project management methodologies, expertise, and experience to organize and monitor project activities. These activities include preparing documentation and data regarding overall status, coordinating meetings and resources, developing and maintaining meaningful metrics tied to project goals and objectives, identifying and prioritizing tasks, and evaluating and escalating risks and issues. This role will be instrumental in ensuring projects and initiatives run smoothly.
The Value You’ll Bring To The Team
- Apply project management methodologies and tools in executing readiness plans for multiple change activities to ensure successful delivery of multiple change management engagements
- Organize project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Assign tasks to internal team members and assist with schedule management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Identify and work with the Senior Manager to eliminate roadblocks
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Identify and document opportunities for process, service delivery, and customer service improvement
- Streamline internal processes such as tracking of action items and management of multiple document repositories.
- Work with Senior Manager to analyze resource allocation
- Follow project management standards, completing status updates, resource tracking as directed and the identification, tracking and escalation of issues and risks.
- Operate within a cross-functional team of readiness resources to formulate plans and activities to support change initiatives and ensure successful implementations
- Providing mentoring to team members on project management methodology and best practice
- Assist with the coordination of logistics to include travel and expenses related to project activities, implementations, and departmental initiatives
- Respond constructively to feedback from supervisor and colleagues and operates with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Attend meetings as relevant or as requested related to Organizational Readiness initiatives.
- Administrative tasks as required by Senior Manager
- Role may require up to 25% travel throughout year.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Education And Experience Required
- Bachelor's in Business or related field from a four-year accredited college or university or 3 years of related experience in project coordination/support activities.
- Working within large scale transformational projects.
- Technology adoption for large transformations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, quality work, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with working with and presenting to all employee levels, up to executive leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet.
- Exposure to change management methodologies and disciplines
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
- CAPM - Certified Associate In Project Mgmt.
- Certified in Business Analysis -PMI
- Certification related to change management.
